Water Fitness:
Jump on in! The pool at Clark-Lindsey’s Wellness Center is a relaxing way to stay active.
Water-based activites reduce stress and injury risk while keeping exercise fun.
According to the CDC:
Water-based exercise can help people with chronic diseases and improve mental health. Swimming can improve mood in both men and women. Water-based exercise can benefit older adults by improving the quality of life and decreasing disability.

Membership:
Clark-Lindsey residents have free access to all Wellness Center amenities. A limited number of community memberships are available for $40 per month for individuals or $60 per month for couples.
