Wellness Center

The Wellness Center features all new, state-of-the-art equipment. With HUR® Smarttouch technology, our equipment uses air pressure resistance and touch screens. With double the space of our previous gym, the Wellness Center at Clark-Lindsey is offering more group classes than ever before. Join us for:

Water Fitness:

Jump on in! The pool at Clark-Lindsey’s Wellness Center is a relaxing way to stay active. 
Water-based activites reduce stress and injury risk while keeping exercise fun. 

According to the CDC:

Water-based exercise can help people with 
chronic diseases and improve mental health. Swimming can improve mood in both men and 
women. Water-based exercise can benefit older adults by improving the quality of life and 
decreasing disability.

Clark-Lindsey residents have free access to all Wellness Center amenities. A limited number of community memberships are available for $55 per month. Pay for a full year and get a month free!
