Trial Residency Program

You may have considered moving to The Village at Clark-Lindsey. Now you can get a taste of what it’s like with our Trial Residency Program.

A trial membership allows you the opportunity to enjoy the services and amenities of The Village at Clark-Lindsey including:

• Transportation Services
• Fitness Center
• Flat Laundry Service
• Gardens, and more

Your monthly service fee includes all utilities, except for telephone and cable television, in a furnished, one-bedroom apartment.

You pick the length of your stay. Trial residency is available in monthly increments. The minimum stay is three months and the maximum is eleven months. During your stay, or at the conclusion, you decide if you would like to keep your apartment, go on the waiting list for a different apartment, or neither. If you choose to stay, a portion of your Trial Residency monthly service fee may be applied to your Entrance Fee. Prospective Trial Residents must meet minimum financial requirements. An Entrance Fee is not required as part of the Trial Residency, although there is a fully-refundable prospective resident fee of $1,500 per person.
